One day, TUFF Agent Cynthia Coonson was walking down the street, when all of a sudden, she was jumped by two criminals, the Fly-Borginator and Proto-Fowl, and they bound her up, and then proceeded to take her to some disclosed area where she won't be found.

What could these cybernetic criminals want with Cynthia? Who knows for sure? Are they collaborating on shaking her down for information about the latest tech from TUFF? Are they under orders from a bigger criminal to bring him or her a TUFF Agent to torture? Or do they just need five bucks from her to pay for cab fare? Either way, Cynthia looks like she could use a rescue right now, and Team Katswell seem to be the agents for the job.
