I have been slowly learning how to use GIMP more and more... She's a vast improvement from my last GIMP pic of Ward even though she's not even done. But I grew too annoyed to complete her phone or even give a background... later project... Oh right right, this character is Cotton, a character inspired by Facebook's Pet Society... there will eventually be a comic about her... when I am not lazy...
