It looks pretty good to me. There are few minor issues, but nothing that ruins the image.

I try not to be hard when giving criticism. I try to let the artist know there's something amiss, and wait to see if they'll spot it. If they don't, I let them know what it is, and offer suggestions on how to fix it. I never call art bad over a few errors.
