Oh, I think I've seen you around! You drew the very realistic and nice depiction of a fat Sergal a while back! Really loved that one.
As for her muscles.. I don't believe she'd be strong just given the fact that she is fat. I did do an over exaggeration in this case, but given her unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle, I don't believe the additional muscle mass she'd build up from being this fat would've helped her.
