I like the expression, give the idea that the others already knew about it or that they are happy to be "caught" so that they no longer have to hide it maybe. Hack maybe Reg is enforcing a change that Nanachi didn't want in that moment. Ton of ways to take it but seeing the character bashful yet happy expression is nice and show that this is a good time regardless. Nanachi doesn't seem to be on model but given FA guidelines I assume that is intentional. Only real criticism is that the pants may be a bit too baggy even if it was meant to hide a diaper.
