Jesus, has it been 56 years for Lupin? That starting from the Monkey Punch anime books or the start of the animation?
I remember being introduced to Lupin in 1980 via a friend in California who showed me a VHS copy of Cagliostra Castle and being utterly blown away. I'm a hard core Lupin fan to this day.

Right? This Anime has been going on like almost 3 decades before I was born. Crazy, and I love it for that. I got into the anime actually in early 2022 just by boredom and chance! I've been hyperfixating on it hardcore since then and I doubt it's gonna end any time soon, I love this anime a lot.
