The character:
A synth of the same family of machines as those from Vader-San, Tempest was originally built as a pathfinder model. The bug guy uses a heavy body blueprint to max out his physical power when doing his job far from the comforts of civilization. With mil-spec gear and eyes for detail, he's always on the move to map new FTL paths and potentially habitable planets.
