I am playing fairly neutral with rude moments to some, but very understanding to Astarion's condition (well. Most my companion's condition tbf) and i got a pretty high bar as well.... buuut sometimes his lines really don't match up with his affection for me. I think he just has that bastard energy and mught just. Not alwyas be nice to people he likes ?
