Here it is! Kobold oc finally!
Here is a basic bio for her!

Species: Kobold

Sexuality: Potentially bisexual
--PHYSICAL INFO--
Abilities, Attributes: She got magical tattoos on her body she learned to control, they can enhance her strength, manifest different weapons (Axe, Hammer and Spear), grow magical tentacles out of them and make her navel bottomless (which has random it may seem, actually can allow her to store quite a few things if needed without a bag needed)
Height: 1.27 m/3.28 feet

Dislikes: Slavery, being abused, her moods which make her lose control of her tattoos
Personality: Scared, shy, withdrawn, knows how to fight if needed and got some serious scars from her past
Bio/Backstory: Being a kobold, she got captures and turned into a slave by higher rank drakes. Those magical tattoos were implemented on her, to suppress and enchain her, making her unable to escape.
Being considered a lower class and being a literal slave, she was treated like a tool, they even gave her belly tattoos to make her navel bottomless, so she can be used like a literal bag or thing to transport stuff around safely.
Years will pass and behind the back of the people keeping her captive, she will try and try again to learn to control those tattoos figuring out their potential, until finally, she managed to manifest weapons from that magic and was able to control those tentacles that were use so many times to neutralize her. She will use a right opportunity to kill the people supposed to keep an eye on her and flee, finally freeing herself.
She will try to hide herself from those who captured her, knowing they will try to find her back, and also she was wondering around, trying to find a purpose to her new life.
Likewise, she will finally find a not great but better routine, trying to steal food and goodies to live.
Until one day she will encounter a certain gargoyle, that will change her life...
So ye those marks are tattoos who previously were meant to be magical shackles, and she managed to turn them into her own weapon :D
