Raincloud is a blacksmith of the unnamed village the story would take place. This means shi is the person to go to when you need your simple tools to be repaired. Shi displays great affinity to electricity element*; this comes in handy in the job because the town does not have reliable electricity.

* While the Taurs call it "element", both Taurs and Humans know that it is completely different from scientific elements - it belongs to something completely different, after all.
