Finally, my reference sheet for Brazato of Saldara, my European badger fursona.
I have oriented this sheet to a cartoonish style, since my intention is to start from its design to make future stickers.
Even so, it has turned out to be very complete to explain today how I imagine Brazato and how I want to have him drawn.
Very happy with the result ^^
I think it´s a good starting point.

LORE
I would like to talk more about Brazato´s lore in the future, but summarizing, I can tell us that he is a character from "Cantos de Saldara" (a personal fantasy worldbuilding project I am working on). Saldara is a world inspired by the cultures and myths of the ancientry at Iberian Peninsula, and inhabited by anthropomorphic animals of various species, called "Pueblos Fieros" or "Fierce Folks".
Brazato is one of these fierce folks from Saldara: he is a "Taxug" (the badger-folks). He is a great adventurer, warrior and gladiator who has lived many adventures in the lands of Saldara. He comes from the region of Sedekia, full of valleys, forests and rivers. He, too, has spent much time living in Jacetia, the mountain valleys of northern Saldara, famous for their "ibones", or glacial lakes, as well as in the deserts of Bel-Chir, littered with windswept ruins.
Brazato is a lonely and independent character, and somewhat gruff and volatile, especially with strangers. Even so, his adventures have opened his mind a lot, and although he is initially cautious, he likes to meet other people, becoming a warm and fun badger when he feels comfortable. Brazato is a free spirit who does not like strict rules, although he is usually respectful of foreign cultures, and knows how to behave when necessary. His relationship with religion and the gods is complicated, since as a Saldaran he has been a follower of several important gods (such as the wolf god of war, Kosux, the funerary bearded vulture god, Enduvelor, or the lynx goddess of nature and hunting, Andaegina ), but Brazato knows the dangers of these manipulative and selfish deities, and is not afraid to challenge them.
Despite his barbaric appearance, Brazato is also a educated badger, interested in nature, history and mythology, and he likes to record the knowledge gathered on his travels, writing or drawing on parchments, papyri, and tablets of wax or bronze.
Regarding his skills, Brazato is a mere mortal. He doesn´t have special abilities beyond his prowess in combat, and the tenacity and resilience that characterize the badger folks. His fighting style is based on the use of dual swords, mainly a magical bronze falcata from Bel-Chir, and a bronze and lapis Khopesh obtained from his travels to distant lands. He is also skilled in the use of machairas, sikas or gladius. His combat knowledge is a combination of local tribal teachings combined with the gladiatorial training of the Cynoan Empire, in which Brazato had lived as a slave and gladiator. Brazato's dual style is fast and chaotic, and at times very reckless, combining spinning attacks with jumping and acrobatics.
