Rather than a first come first serve process, I open a google form for people to fill out. This gives people more time to request a commission rather than if they're there at the right place at the right time. I leave the form open for a few days before closing it and selecting forms. I both pick out a few that garner my interest and a few are randomly selected to allow an equal opportunity. I will message you if your form is selected!
