This one's been sitting around for about 4 months, just waiting for me to publish it. I've done a few tweaks in that time, but nothing major. This was inspired by (and is set around)  sir-talen's in-progress work Someday Never Comes. It started out as a story prompt for my scratch pad before my muse proclaimed 'I can write that myself'. While a Kinis protagonist doesn't completely make sense (due to their poor sense of taste), the ruthless outlook of the species was the only one that made sense for the venture.
