Myself I’m a huge introvert but still being isolated from coworkers at home over the pandemic was a little hard. We at least dedicated the end of the work week to a team video call to catch up socially during which talking about work was banned. Even today I’d rather work from home, but knowing I could go to the office if I wanted is nice.
But my real worry about the “new normal” during the pandemic was it was my “old normal” and returning too it felt way too comfortable. I had spent 2016-19 working hard to go out and become more social to get away from that normal.
