So the story behind this artwork is that Arthur - the brown canine, has put some weight and they've been planning on going on a diet, but cannot resist late night snacks. As his boyfriend notices him eating an unhealthy meal, he finds it arousing and starts licking the chocolate out of his chest. Arthur looks emberassed, but he doesn't seem to mind that his partner grabbed his belly and kind of enjoys it.
