The Mysterious Wisp Pokémon
Type: Ghost
It lures people into forests with its cute appearence and mysterious presence, getting them lost and taking control of their bodies. Few have seen a Wispeon and lived to tell the tale.
(alt) The wisp on its head contains the spirits of those it has taken control of. Wispeon is occasionally known to possess a victim and use them to lure in more.
I made a fakemon Eeveelution! I remember making a ghost type Eevee when I was like 12 and it was probably awful. But now I've made a new one! Wispeon!
To be honest, the design almost looks like a Poison type (especially if you think about the poison uniform from sword and shield) or even a Dragon with the "whiskers" but it's meant to be Ghost I promise!
Glaceon was my main reference here. I'm not good at animalistic "feral" proportions ^^'
The wisp on its head is meant to have more "souls" on it but for some reason i drew them on the outline of Wispeon's head. It was like 3-5 am, alright? Inspiration hits me at the dumbest times...
I decided Wispeon's Japanese name is Yūrei (basically means ghost or spirit). Better than Umbreon's name (look it up yourself...)
I also included a shiny pallette but I have no way of seeing if it looks good. From my imagination, it seems okay-ish. IDK
