When in doubt, add more fur.
I'm actually really creeped out by the figure to the left. There's something sickly and dangerous about her. The way she stands, the modifications to her limbs, and the fact her heads been covered in this (brass?) dome which can only be driving this already weakened mind further into a personal hell really upsets the humors. I can almost make out a face in the reflection pattern (?) on the helmet.
