Another music drawing, this time by Coldplay's 'Fix You.' Honestly kind of don't want to get too specific on what was going through my mind when I was planning this drawing out because I wanted to try and make a drawing where the title and the image itself was good enough to convey what happened. So instead I'll spend a bit of time complaining about something that happened while drawing. I know there is the whole adage of "Save is your friend" but some of my files tend to get big and slow down saving and usually I'm only working on things for at most like an hour or two at a stretch. But when I was doing the shading the first time after about one hour's worth of work my power went out. Not enough to even reset the clocks, but it was enough to turn my computer off and it didn't autosave so everything I had done in that hour was undone. So I had to redo the shading.

Honestly somewhat happy with how the drawing turned out. That said, not likely to make it on my top five of the year, probably not even my best of the month. I probably could have gotten more time done on it but issues mentioned above delayed when it got done and there's nothing more motivation killing than having to do the same things twice. Anyway, about 1.5 hours line, 2.75 hours color for a total time of 4.25 hours.
