Nidorino is my favorite first generation pokemon as well <3

Are you planning on getting either of the new versions when they come out?

He's one of a group of five or so that I rank as my favorite. x3 For some reason, I can never decide for sure which one is the top.

I'm hoping to get at least White, maybe Black as well. My birthday's on April 1st so I might make myself hold out on getting it/them and request it/them as a gift, though I don't know how well my willpower will hold for almost a full month. xnx

I pre-ordered Black as well as the book that goes to the new series (volume 1) and I am on pins and needles for it to get here! I want Amazon to somehow get it early and ship it out overnight just to me. I am such a dork XD

Pidgeotto, Dewgong, Sandslash, Dragonair, Nidorino, and Ponyta, though Ponyta shifts in and out of the top group. x3

Yeah it would be worth getting as a gift...hopefully your willpower can hold out long enough until your b-day comes out. I know I am not that strong LOL

It so would. xD That's how I ended up with both Heart Gold and Soul Silver after all. I told mother I wanted one and didn't care which version so she decided to just got both, lol.

Yeah, the balance is unintentional, but oh so convenient. xD

It reminds me of when I was much much younger with red and blue. Told my g-mom I wanted blue (since I thought I would only get one) ended up my mom got me red without knowing my g-mom was getting blue. It was epic and great! I had 2 gameboys and was able to trade with myself! I totally miss doing that.

xD That must have been endlessly amusing, lol.
The first version I got was yellow, sadly, I've since lost it and it's the only one I've ever lost. </3 Since then, I've gotten at least one of each set, usually including/being the 'special' of the set. x3

I think I have owned and played every handheld pokemon game...including the rangers and mystery dungeons. I am 28 years old and a total pokefreak. My 6 year old loves it XD

Well, I definitely can't beat that, lol. I've never played the rangers games and I only have one of the mystery dungeons (Explorers of Darkness and I'm so sad, the after-game play is no where near as fun-looking as in the older games. :<).
I'm just 19, 20 soon though and I was very young when I first got into it and I've don't think I've let go of it since. xD No kids for me yet, but if I ever have any, you can bet I'll at least try to get them interested.
