Penguin + Pirate + Donkey Kong Character = Best thing ever.
I get ZST_XKN to draw me a lot of penguins, so I decided to make use of his work and got him to draw Kaptain K Rool from Donkey Kong Country 2 as a penguin. Luckily he already had the body type of a penguin, so he found the morphing easy enough.
I decided to put a lot more work into this one than I had in previous pieces. Tried for less of a stylized look and more of a fully rendered look. This is a small baby step in that direction. I'm particularly proud of the highlights on the head and gold trim of the hat. The rest I could do without...

the reflection on the gun barrel is neat. I loved DKC2(the underwater stage's music is teh win) and I love penguins, so this get's my seal of approval.
