This is the first of many MANY OCs I thought of making during the Monobutt May fiasco. You may absolutely see a few more monorumped Pokemon OCs here and there that are Pokemon I drew then, what can I say? They're fun to make! In fact, might do more unique introductions for them like this, maybe comics or something?? I mean, I've had a few ideas...

This Snivy has a one-sided rivalry with Pepper, proclaiming herself to be Pepper's biggest rival (Pepper's had larger rivals). She tries taking everything that she can think of from Pepper, up to and including her little buddy Nameless! Although Pepper mainly sees her a nuisance at worst and a worthy opponent on best, on occasion they get along, usually only to tease those smaller than the two of 'em.
Spice generally wanders around wherever she pleases, doesn't have a trainer and doesn't WANT one, although when she's spending the day with someone, she can be even MORE demanding than Pepper has ever been before!
I'd say she's about, like, a foot or so shorter than Pepper.
I promise I'll cool down on the OCs now, lol, what can I say??? I like having a beeg cast of beeg gals to be squished by -////-
