The Roosevelt Ampitheatre lies in the heart of Yellowstone National park and is an open-air facility with awnings over the court and grandstands and a stage behind the west baseline. For basketball, they set up portable bleachers to accommodate the Pep bands on the stage with the players entering the court out of a gap dividing the 2 pep band sections as the locker rooms are based stage left and stage right. They also set up a ramp for easy access to and from the court for this. When the visiting team doesn't bring a pep band, the south end of the stage bleachers is then designated for students (What they call "The Ranger Post"). It holds about 11,200 for basketball.
