Where do all the lost ideas, unused designs and ignored thoughts go?

At least this cat character never really got discarded. This spooky blue fella with the classy outfit quickly became the golden lynx, The Ringmaster, my absolute favourite OC ever, so far.
But this old design appeared spontanously in my mind again and I thought about him as a different discarded character that's a bit mad he's unused and gets no attention.
He not only comes from the PC screen because I designed him digitally and he's saved in my computer folders but also because this old design was more closely connected to TV and PC screens. So that's kind of his thing.
