DEF CON 31 - Optiv After-Party
While roaming around the city looking for a party, me and my colleagues found our way to the Level Up party in the Delano Skyfall Lounge. The problem was the line was immense (as expected), and we were hungry, so we moved on.
We learned that Optiv was hosting an after-party an Mandalay Bay, so we quickly registered and dropped in!
The stage was alight with a rave and a really cool drum section!
(I later discovered when I got home that for whatever reason, Optiv tried to cancel our registration for the event because we were not Optiv employees, or we hadn't gone to Black Hat, or something...but the gate checkers didn't seem to mind one bit-in fact, they invited us in! Score one for social engineering and security loopholes!)
