It just naturally grows like that.
It's funny because mom's other dog is slightly retarded and gets scared if I try to pet her (stranger danger!!!!!) and this tiny little thing was bouncing around, wrestling with my hand. Her utter conviction that she is a big bad wolf makes her even more adorable.
