I couldn't be arsed to draw in a background here, but just like imagine Bijou's throwing open the door from the copy room in some random office building yelling "WHAT'S UP IT'S MOTHERFUCKING PARTY TIME UP IN THIS BITCH" at Gladys the receptionist's retirement party in the breakroom. There's a crappy store bought sheet cake with wonky frosting there. Someone bought the good creamer for the occasion. Bijou is offering Gladys a huff of his joint and pouring a glass of champagne for the intern. This is about to get interesting.

Fun fact! Whenever Bijou crashes a party he throws on a sort of glamour that makes everyone accept that him being there is normal. It's possible to throw it off if you do certain things tho, so there are actually some scp type organizations aware of Bijou and they REALLY want to contain him to the point where they set up trap parties to entice him to come into their compound. He's come to several of them but confessed to an intern that he's mostly just humoring them, because he doesn't want to hurt their feelings by letting them know they have absolutely no chance of stopping him from anything. Also the cake is usually good.

But usually the consequences of Bijou deciding to crash a party are managable, in the sense that the fabric of reality will hold just fine.
