"All right," continued Buster. "We're going to bring you to your bunk room so you can put your luggage in it."
The interns were brought back to the room they slept once, a while ago.
The bunks were all already made this time, and various lockers and wardrobes were ready to welcome the contents of the luggage.
Which they immediately did.
"Good," said Buster once the furniture was full. "Now, allow me to offer you a guided visit of the New Moon Theater."
"These is the backstage area," commented Buster later in the visit. "The stagehands are very busy preparing for tonight's show, so we'll come back there la-"
"WHAT THE FUCK?!?!"
Everyone turned towards the origin of the voice: Bill.
Who was pointing at a stagehand, busy putting materials in a box.
"Bill, what the hell?!" hissed Louis. "What are you-"
His words died in his throat when he had a good look at the stagehand.
All the interns, actually, stared in utter shock at the stagehand, who was still working in blissful ignorance.
Buster, as for him, facepalmed.
"Forgot to warn them?" chuckled the wolf.
"Yeah," sighed the koala.
"YOU... YOU'RE JI...JIMMY... WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" screamed Bill.
"Huh?" finally reacted Jimmy, for it was him, turning around and realizing all these people staring at him.
Buster hurriedly took back control of the situation.
"It's nothing, Jimmy, just the interns, I'll explain them! Can you wait at the rest room, I'll introduce you in a few minutes!"
"Er, okay, Moon," replied the wolf before grabbing the box and hauling it somewhere else.
The interns were now boggling and staring at Buster.
"That's... That's..." stammered Legosi.
"That's," sighed the koala. "Long story..."
The long story was told (expurged of some details, of course).
"I know that what happened at Redshore City and the pre-trial were heavily mediatized, but please, try and not let them influence how you'll interact with him," he implored them at the end. "While he doesn't remember what he did, he knows, and he hates himself for it. Getting more piled up on him won't help him or anyone for that matter."
"You think he deserves a second chance?" said dubiously Louis.
"The bastard who did these horrors sure as hell doesn't," replied Buster. "But the guy he is right now deserves at least the right to earn it."
The interns hesitated, but surrendered to this argument. They has experience with the idea of second chance, after all.
"Thanks," said Buster in full sincerity. "Okay, let's introduce you to him."
