I wrote this story a long time ago back in 2021 as a sequel to a story I liked from  TaylorNoir I think it's right to post it again, but here.

"My day started out so well, I thought I'd go out and look at the anthros and go back home. And now what? Sitting in a dark and damp cage, in the belly of a huge dog. That's why I went to that "unknown land". I don't mind feeling sorry for myself, I'll just wait until I die."
-In the meantime, judging by the shaking, the dog was running fast somewhere. The shaking stopped, despite the total darkness, you can feel that it is actively looking for something. Three minutes later, salt fell from the top....much salt. You remembered something.
"Sure salt gives dogs a gag reflex, but where did she get so much salt?"
-A moment later you find yourself in the palms of a huge dog's hands.
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry"
-She said as soon as you opened your eyes. You looked around, and she brought you into the pesher.
"Is this your home?"
-You asked her.
"Yeah sort of, how are you feeling?"
-Quickly looking at your limbs and trying to stand up, you realized you had pulled your right leg.
"Ouch, I think I hurt my leg."
-The dog tried to touch you. But you stopped it with a sharp movement.
"Please be careful, unless you really want to kill me like you said earlier, PLEASE be careful with me."
-She looked at you pitifully and her ears hung down.
"I just wanted to get to know you better, now I see why people built a wall and fenced us off. Still, what can I do for you, I'll do anything you ask and I'll be more careful what I wish for from now on."
-You thought about what you could do for your sore leg.
"I need two sticks to hold my leg in place and something to hold them together...like thin twigs of shrubbery, but the trees here are too tall..."
-It made you sad to realize that your home is so far away and your life is in the hands of a huge dog that almost killed you ten minutes ago. But looking up and seeing her smile didn't make you feel so lonely.
"Of course it won't be easy, but I'll find something you'll forgive. I'll find something as small as possible for me, and then you can break it down the way you want it."
-She stood up and staggered out. For someone so much bigger than you, she at least tries to help, and tries to be polite. It's scary to imagine if you met a male of her kind, for example, he would definitely catch up, chew every bone in one bite and not even ask "what's your name." Speaking of names, she didn't even tell me her name, I'll have to ask her about it when she gets back. Thirty minutes passed sometimes you would hear barking or howling outside, I remember her mentioning others...
"I hope no one comes in here but her."
-An approaching rumble signaled her arrival.
"Look, they're so small they almost fell between my pads."
-She put sticks beside you some were twice as tall as you, some smaller and a couple of "small" vines 5-10 meters long. Although you were pretty strong, it took about 20 minutes to get the sticks to the size you wanted. Continuing to work through the pain, you finished the crutch, and proceeded to tie and fasten the sticks between your legs. Involuntarily you asked the doggie a question.
"What's your name, then? Because you grabbed me right away without even introducing yourself."
"Oh are you interested in my name after all I've done?"
-You can see how she blushed.
"You can call me Curious, are you done?"
-Tightening the last knot you stand up leaning on a crutch made from two sticks.
"It almost doesn't hurt that much, so what's next? I remember tomorrow morning you promised to carry me home."
-Looking at the dog again you were thankful to God you had met him.
"Yes I will carry you to the wall, but only if you do what I ask."
The dog wagged its tail, realizing I was in a desperate situation.
"Okay, but I'm NOT going in your mouth anymore."
Curious laughed that you unintentionally staggered.
"No, I'll be more restrained this time, but your scent is so enticing. Now I will gently put you on my paw and sniff and gently lick you, no protests accepted."
-She squatted down, put one paw beside me, and with the other she took my forearms and put them down. Realizing that there was a big fire beside you that would keep you from catching cold because of the wet saliva, you became a little more cheerful. Her wet nose touched your belly and began to suck the air around you so greedily that you inadvertently felt as if you were short of air yourself. This time, however, she acted really gently, and you were beginning to like it yourself. Involuntarily you pushed your crutch to the side and hugged the underside of her nose.
"Hey, what are you doing?"
-Pulling her muzzle away from her paw, she looked at you uncomprehendingly.
"I just wanted to thank you this way, because you're the one who can take my life in an instant, helped me and hid me."
-Feeling overwhelmed by the sudden ascent, panic gripped you. But when it stopped, you realized that she had pinned you to her neck, had rolled you around her fur a little, and said.
"The Elder taught us not to take lives for nothing, let's just say I like playing with you man, and besides, I still feel guilty that I accidentally ate you. I wouldn't forgive myself for doing such a thing."
-You see small tears pour down her cheeks to your head.
"Hey Curious it's okay, I feel much better now please don't cry. You'll make it up to me if you do one request for me. What do you say?"
"What request?"
"Please be my 'big' friend."
-You were shocked how in an instant Curious's crying stopped and she became happier than she had been before.
"You're not kidding now? Are you suggesting that I acquire a little human friend?"
-Her tail, her ears, her body emotions became indescribable in plain language; it was the very essence of restrained animal joy. Realizing that she could hurt me, she lowered me to the fur of the beasts and began to scurry about the cave making only her understandable barking and squealing noises. All my fear was gone, and now I knew for sure that I would live to see tomorrow.
-Curious finished running through the cave and told me about her tribe, how they live, hunt, compete, and many other interesting things.
"Good talk, but it's late and we need to go to bed, I'll leave you here on the hides and I'll sleep in the corner by the fire myself."
-You suddenly realized that you were tired, but dared to ask her.
"Listen Curious, I want to sleep with you tonight as a token of our friendship." "And how do you imagine that? I'll just crush you."
-It didn't take you long to come up with the only possible option.
"You'll lie on the skins while I lie between your breasts, simple as that."
-A sparkle flashed in the big doggie's eyes.
"Well, I have to admit I like that option."
-She gently lifted you up and placed you between her breasts and asked.
"Comfortable? Warm?"
-Feeling all the soft fur that enveloped you from head to toe, you said "YES" without a second thought.
"Good night"-the last thing you heard before you fell asleep.
-The morning was dark when a half-loud bark woke you up, but you were used to getting up early.
"Good morning, my friend, it's time to go."
-When you woke up and said hello to your big friend, you asked if it was cold outside or not.
"It's snowing out there so I'll carry you home where you slept."
-You didn't mind, but you'd be interested in seeing the woods from up high, like riding on her shoulder.
"Okay I didn't expect it to snow today so I'm 'badly dressed'."
-Slowly in 30-40 minutes you reached the wall.
"This is where we break up, it was nice meeting you friend."
"It was nice to get to know you too Lull actually that's why I went outside."
"Nice to hear we both enjoyed ourselves, there were some difficulties, but I hope that's in the past."
"Of course it's in the past, well for now so to speak."
- Curious slowly began to pull away. Knowing that she has excellent hearing you shouted one last word.
"When I want to see you I'll come out to the clearing where we met, SEE YOU SOON."
"See you soon," she replied and happily wagged her tail and disappeared into the woods.
