Edit: Finally bothered to add in the color pallets and final design/markings, simplified for the animation.
Look look! A contribution to my gallery :U
I'm currently working on a short film at school for Production Team with a few fellow students. We're doing the Zuni legend of "Coyote and Eagle Steal the Sun and Moon" so here is the design of the character I'll be in charge of animating. (OHMGOD FEATHERS AND FLYING) A lot of his look came from Alee's sketches of him in the storyboards. I loved it so much that it stuck.
Back to watching more Eagle reference footage *pops in The Rescuers Down Under... again*
The Team:
redvarg is tackling the Coyote character, Angel-Equinox for the Kachina dancers, and Tyler covering backgrounds.
Have some more concept art and rough animation (much more to come in the following weeks)
