DEF CON 31 - Chevron And Alexi
I stepped out of VETCON for a moment to check out some other parties and bumped into Alexi, as well as a few other fursuiters.
No sooner did I turn the corner that we were informed the entire Caesar's Forum was being evacuated due to a bomb threat. There go the rest of our nightly plans!
Still, the evacuation was orderly and calm. By 0800 the next morning, the all-clear was given.
It turned out, someone had discovered an unattended package, and they shut the whole place down and brought in bomb-sniffing dogs to make sure everything was okay. No explosives were ever found, but we appreciated the precautions.
