I find it hard to believe that I share my birthdate - March 1, 1954 - with actor/director Ron Howard. He'd won an Oscar, and his films have made millions of dollars... while I'm currently working part-time as a janitor for 'minimum wage'! Where did I go wrong?!
Anyway, ever since I'd made friends with a number of anthroartists over the last two decades, once in a while I'd receive a piece of art from one or more of them on (or about) my birthday...
The following piece of art was in the form of a past birthday card designed and illustrated by Funimal of Miami, Florida. It's his rendering of my bobcat 'fursona', au naturalé, with an apropos message inside that reads, "Just don't walk around in your birthday suit! May you have many more birthdays!"
Now, is THAT a friend, or is THAT a friend?!
