characters turning into Scooby doo and Marshall from Paw Patrol
I think scooby turned out not cartoonish enough
but the story (that not really is a story) is:
the characters find a mysterious bracelet and hat.
They feel magically attracted to the objects.
But as they put them on they can´t take them off anymore.
And then they transform.
