I think it is very old, thought I just recently found out about it in an anime, Naruto. The main concept I was going for was that the world is usually still, unchanging, uninteresting, until a great cataclysm or a war breaks out.

Do you think I have right to an idea older than dirt. Pah, keep it up. Inspiration from one artist to another is something that makes aesthetics and intelligence go round.
