Inspired by jokes comparing Mario's new form to a certain literary elephant, I drew what a transformed Bowser might look like. But this is MY Horton Hears a Who fanart, and I reserve the right to model it after that part in the movie version where it turns into a poorly dubbed 90's anime for no reason.
