Whiplash is a greedy snake, and wherever he goes, people just happen to disappear. Here we see him out in a park, after helping himself to a group who were simply enjoying a picnic. Finding it rude he wasn't invited, he simply helped himself to the entire basket... as well as the people surrounding it for having the gall to not offer him any food. Though to be honest he didn't really need an excuse to eat them, he was going to do it anyways. A snakes gotta eat after all~
