Orc Bard - old D&D Character concept
Who said orcs can not be bards? - Rawes brings the noise
Whole idea of a Orc Bard sounded ridiculous that I had to make one, and play half a campaign with him
School of Swords Bard, or war drumming gladiator with tendency toward showmanship and bar fighting. Possessing magical powers from his witch mother and strength of his warlord father. If you needed a fight or boasting song, Rawes is your man
I'm keeping him as a reminder to play Orc Bard in BG3. Maybe you should try one too

Thanks, and glad this old drawing's inspiring you.
I love the music in Larian Studio games, Original Sin 2's my favorite and referenced in BG3's performances - have seen the instruments played, but outh to play a second run as Rawes and his drums. Get Karrlach as flute player :D
I hit a road block with my db druid and playthrough kinda died there. (Major underdark fight where I didn't want gnomes to get killed, but the fight's unbeatable really) - but taking the orc bard route would be worth it anyway

That fight gave me some trouble at first… I ended up scattering the gnomes, they ran from the bomb I placed down to clear the rubble and so I didn’t worry about them through the fight. then before the fight I positioned half my party on the high ledge with ranged weapons, guarding the ladder and pushing enemies down when they get up there. a barbarian is great there because they can throw a dwarf at another dwarf. funny and effective
Haha, yeah. Throwing and shoving dwarf down from above is fun strategy. Plus using enhanced eldritch blast works too.
Maybe I'll revisit the save, if I could cheese it. I might have been hung up on getting as many dwarves killed in first round to try this stategy with all of my party members, instead of just two high ground snipers. Thanks for the tip
