Some people out there out there have stronger wills and may attempt to resist Dissonance and his influence on their minds at first. Certain superheroes and supervillains, for example. Other people however....turn out to be smitten and attracted to him even before he messes with their minds. For them, the hypnosis and reality shifting simply adds to creating the rubbery kinky fantasy that Dissonance would gladly make into reality.
