This is a belated birthday present for 
SammydGator84
She wanted her character, Samantha Powers, to be riding on the back of Skeledirge (even though you can't really ride on Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet except for Koraidon and Miraidon). She specifically wanted the shiny version of Skeledirge because of its pink colors. Well, it's hard to see why. It's a good coloring on it.
