I do not know who this dragon is is, but they look good. She looks like she carries various wounds and scars from previous encounters but seems to come out without any debilitating injury.
She didn't just get a shooting star, she got a whole meteor shower. You don't see that as often in art but it enhances the appeal more than a single shooting Star Wars. Well done!
Finally, Faith herself. The red splotches and cuts on her actually enhance the appeal of the peace via providing a great colour contrast with her main scale colours.
I'm not sure what that red and purple area at the bottom of her wing is whether it's damage or just a bunch of iridescent scales that are reflecting Starlight moonlight, but it still looks cool!
And I love scale detailing like this! You can see every single one and I love the contrast between the different lighting areas on her as well as her white and black scales.
It's interesting to note that not all of her scales of the same size because that's a nice and subtle detail that not every artist would include. I commend you for it!
The last thing I can think to mention is how her horns seem to be multi coloured and are reflecting the light. That is amazing and very uncommon on a dragon.
