DISCLAIMER: This is not my art
I commissioned the very talented
racheavenger to do this for me.
"The Fox called Jessica Faith?" You don't make it sound very dignified, do you? Most of us who deal with the Ayin call her race "Vixaen," because that's what they call themselves.
Well, she stands little over 6 feet, but she'll tell everyone who asks that she's 6"1'. Her delicate, pointed ears, when upright, stand about two inches taller. She has no "hair" like one would expect, instead she has cultivated the fur on her head into a set of curly bangs that grow forward, and curl down in above her eyes. Her beautiful eyes, colored in a subtle emerald, bring her entire face together with their size. And they appear even bigger in contrast to her short muzzle and black nose.
Jessica's sienna fur is slightly coarse, not off-putting, but not as fine as her silky chest fur. Her chest of ivory starts below her muzzle, and just above where her jaw meets her neck. It runs all the way down to just below her waist, and completely covers her... -ahem- how can I put this tactfully? ... her medium-sized chest. It shares its color with the tip of her tail, which when down, and it rarely ever is, almost reaches the floor. On her arms her fur gives way to her darker undercoat. This is much shorter than her back fur, and seemingly vanishes near her hands. This pattern is similar for her digitigrade feet, starting halfway down her shin, and becoming more fine as it approaches her ankles. She has no other distinguishing markings.
She is almost always seen in her sandals, which are specifically designed for her digitigrade leg structure. Her favorite outfit is her pink shirt, and blue jeans. She has been known to wear dresses, as long as they come down to her feet. Any more, and she risks tripping on the fabric, something she's done before, any shorter and she starts to feel exposed.
I find her tail is the best indicator of her mood, she only drops it when she's sad, or otherwise upset about something. Her neutral, is just about waist-high, and when happy she curves the tip upwards, until it almost points back at her. Her ears help a little, she'll fold them back when she's angry, same as everyone else. And when confused, she does this cute trick where one will drop to the side, while the other is pointed straight at you.
Now, if that's all you need, I have other business to attend to.
