This is my simplified (albeit shorter) take on an endless loop that made up the theme tune to one of the most innovative and groundbreaking television game shows of the 1980s, "Starcade." In the show, two contestants played a series of arcade video games against one another trying to score the most overall points. That player then went for the grand prize: an arcade cabinet of their very own, all to themselves. They could win other prizes along the way, and sometimes there were other grand prizes such as a jukebox or a programmable robot.

The show was hosted by Mark Richards and later Geoff Edwards. Richards was fired short into the run, as he apparently had no interest in video games whatsoever. Geoff, by contrast, was a better fit for the show, and ultimately turned into a video game fanatic (according to stuff I have read).

This is for electric piano, electric bass, and electric guitar. The original had extra percussion, but I didn't bother to put that in here.
