Okay, so I'm not exactly done with Team Rocket pieces just yet. Back when I started this, my friend RedTheFireFox on DeviantArt was looking to get a piece of his OC couple, Red and Sunny, as a classy mobster duo akin to Jessie and James in the anime. But since the Team Rocket slots were more suited to single-character pieces, I told him I would work on his duo after the Rocket comms were over and I had some time to decompress- so, here we are.

Based on the list of Hypno-Balls I'd done before (see here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/52935136/), I would say Barker was caught with a Luxury Ball, offsetting his species's usual penchant for disobedience and "berserk" styles of combat with a snazzy dress sense and clear admiration for his Boss, Reynard. He can still be smug, but more pragmatic than people think with moves like Sucker Punch and Reversal to catch folks off-guard, just like his sly idol.
Meanwhile, Kate was caught with a Sports Ball, giving her a profound interest in ballet dancing & baton-twirling. She's quite acrobatic, and relentless with kicks supplementing her species's high Sp. Attack; when she's not blasting flames from her baton or sealing off folks's escape with Fire Spin and Trick Room, she's catching up to folks with Flame Charge and using Hypnosis to bring people under Team Rocket's will.

Kate's day job is as a backup dancer for theater performances in Team Rocket, while Barker works as a security guard for the theater... but whenever the Boss needs them for a job, they're quick to duck out together. On their own, they're both pretty savvy enforcers, but together... well, there's a reason people rarely leave the Cosmotropolis the same way they came in.
