I forgot to mentioned that this transformation is based off the Pocky and Rocky Reshrined game in which, due to story reasons, Pocky has to merge with the Ikazuchi weasel spirit/yokai to continue the game. Unfortunately you can only unlock that character to play after you beat the game once. So it will be on your second playthrough, where you'll get that character. But the adults in this comic are from different era of the game.

Glad to see that I was able to answer the question with my writing and Zneazel's indication. For the most part the Weasel is content with the woman being mostly in control, but she likes to share in some of the experience when it's time to get romantic with her boyfriend though.
