Heart's Trappings page 32
*Hey guys, there's going to be some minor impacts as I get things up here. Yesterday I think I started dealing with another kidney stone so it has been one heck of a roller coaster. It can be hard to stay upright and get things where I need them, let alone keep down lunch. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

If I can describe it properly. I was sitting there in my chair when I began to feel what was like a minor pinch on my lower left back. The pinch rapidly turned into what felt like a cramp, then became a stabbing pain within less than half a minute. As I went to lay down, the pain radiated from the lower back to the groin. Onset of nausea shortly set in as I began to get the chills, clammy skin, and shakes. The pain was high enough to feel like I was constantly getting the wind knocked out of me. Experiencing it unending for hours made me forgetful of where I was. I was completely focused on not vomiting.
Some of us are more vulnerable to it than others, and this isn't my first run in with one. But they are debilitating. Drink your water now, haha!
