Huge, fluffy St. Bernard supervillainess Dr. Pavlove stalking a superhero, egged on by someone off-panel.
Pavlove has similar powers to Seductress, my ligress supervillainess, but their methods are a bit different. Seductress is more...well, catlike, while the manically cheerful Pavlove will tackle you to the ground and lick you into submission. She doesn't have super speed, but she can run pretty fast when she spots a superhero.
Her name is a reference to Dr. Ivan Pavlov, who is referenced in pop culture for using conditioned response to make dogs drool.
Normally, like Seductress, her supervillain uniform is just a collar. However, she briefly appeared at the end of my superhero/villain superhero story, finishing off Staglore the deer while dressed as a cheerleader with a short skirt. So that's what I drew her in for this semi-decent clothed version. In the story, though, apparently I mentioned her pulling off a supervillain uniform to reveal the cheerleader uniform...so I don't know what that uniform is :D.

"The shadow of Newt's [dragon] foot fell over the frozen Staglore. She was ready to stomp him, when she saw Seductress and Sire frantically waving to her. She rolled her eyes and whacked him to the sidelines with the back of her foot. She glared at them as if to say, 'You owe me one.'
Staglore clattered to a halt, landing on his back, but still frozen in a running pose.
Seductress and Sire were all ready to pounce on him when a large, muscular St. Bernard jumped down from the stands and shoved them out of the way.
'THIS ONE'S MINE!' shouted Dr. Pavelove, wagging her tail wildly. She pulled off her supervillain uniform to reveal that she was wearing her own cheerleader outfit underneath.
'But --' Seductress began.
'I kissed him --' Sire began.
Pavelove growled harshly enough to show she meant business. The two ligers backed off. Her overly-wide dog-grin returned.
She looked down on the handsome stag's determined expression, panting and drooling. She leapt on top of him and began licking him madly on the face, like a popcicle.
Under the ice covering his face, his eyes began to move. His body, too -- stiffly, still frozen in a running pose. The ice shifted and cracked here and there, but he was still immobilized.
She leaned back for a moment and panted. He looked up at her and his eyes glazed over and turned into pink hearts.
'Such a...prettttty dogggggggy!' he said dreamily. He sighed and ittle pink hearts began to spin around his head.
Pavelove grinned.
'Why don't we get little pink hearts?' Seductress asked dejectedly."
