I had to look up Bucky O'Hare, as the only green rabbit I really know of was Jazz Jackrabbit.
And looking at the two, I'm realizing maybe Jazz had a small influence... of a quite a bit in the design department.
Man, for a random piece of fan art, I thought I was just going to enjoy the image, I didn't realize I was going to reach a start of a rabbit hole, pun entirely intended, all because I didn't recognize the fox on the left, to where I realize I didn't get the character I thought I knew right either.

According to animated series canon, Bucky is the best jumper on his homeworld so he has an advantage for those up-high shots.
It does look like Jenny may have second thoughts about keeping focused in the game after seeing her commanding officer in swimwear.
