Fallout Anthro character, this is just a rough Sketch, I'll need to clean it up and color it. The armor is based off NCR Elite Ranger Armor, the Character I'm not sure, maybe I'll make her one of my new Characters (though she kind of reminds me of Dutchess). Also plan to draw a rifle, rocket launcher or something that she will be holding it. The proportions are off, but overall I'm happy with how its coming along and hope my art stays on this patch.
