I don't think they took too long, relative to other outfit designs. I did a lot of planning in my head outside of drawing hours, so in practice I had a bit of a roadmap how I was going to tackle it.
Though I did work overnight on this a couple of times, so maybe my brain just scrubbed time out. I'm bad at keeping track. x]
