This is me in my ferral form - a big black dragon. Really iconic are the spikes next to my cheek and my yellow eyes. Really love to intimidate my victims in this form, even though I can also be nice - if I want to.

Cool design. A cool dragon (Not sure if She is a True Dragon or just looks like one.) needs something to stand out from the rest. A thing that will make it truly an awesome!
Suggestion: Since She is a Demon (I assume a relatively powerful one), add the skill to "Gate in Lesser/Greater Demons" in varying numbers. That would supply Her with constant servants, guards and a small disposable army, that cannot be killed, just banished back to Demonic planes. They can always be summoned back/replenished with time and effort. Also allows Her to summon Demons like Succubus/Incubus for "creative entertainment" reasons...
The Shapeshifter skill manifest in size control mainly, as I learned from the artwork, but with time it might grow stronger/evolve into Greater Shapeshifter territory, to either assume any form (mimic-like ability) that isn't above Her max size limit, and the growth of extra body parts...4 frontal limbs = 4 'hands' to grope/attack/do more things at once, 2-4 extra wings for more flight speed and extra maneuverability, could be used as shielding from rain/hail/arrows/low powered magic attacks even and to some extra graceful looks.
That's just 2 basic things/skill your dragoness is open to do by being simply a Demon/Shapeshifter. Make her strong and clever, and She will be just fine with most of what life throws at Her!

Actually I do have a background for my character. I will upload more information together with my human-form reference sheet (will come soon!). But in short: I am living in a part of hell called "Umbra". From time to time, sinners are sent to my realm (while sometimes I also hunt them down on earth). My duty is to punish these sinners for as long as they need to be punished. That is until they have paid enough for their absolution and really regret what they have done wrong in their time on earth. Until then... eternity is a long time and I have free hand of what I can do to them while they are here. And I can get very creative. And remember - they are already dead. So no easy way out here.
This is also why you will hardly find any artwork with my human character in a sexualized form - since I do not want to have any corporal contact with my victims.

Some other abilities I have: I can melt with shadows to hide and follow others unseen. Also I can create portals between my realm and earth.
The shapeshifting I mainly use to change between my human and dragon form. Or if I find out that one of my victims has a strong phobia against a certain animal, especially against snakes. I feed a lot on their mentality, especially on their pain and their fear.
