Mixi — part 4
With the moon full and bright, hanging low in the dark sky, the doe and feline princesses became powerful witches. They’d mastered the art enough to wield such prowess anytime they wanted, but nothing beat the lunar strength.
Amidst an endless sea of sparkling stars, Sable and Ixi flew effortlessly on their brooms. Colors and lights swirled and danced around them, dusting their grey furs and caressing their sensitive ears.
Up here, above the world and under the blanket of the sky, it was silently beautiful. The two glanced at each other, smiles playing across their muzzles, and laughed.
Sometimes a princess needed to shed her polite mask and enjoy a carefree flight on the back of a broom with the stars in her hair.
